Do you supply inspection copies?
We do not supply inspection copies of our books but offer a 21-day money-back guarantee, provided that the books are returned to us unused and in pristine condition. Books must be returned at the customer’s expense. Please email sales@aepublications.co.uk before returning any books.
I represent a school that is interested in ordering your books, potentially in bulk. Can you cater for this type of order?
Yes. Please register as a school and discounts will be automatically applied to your order. Should you require a pro forma invoice, please contact sales@aepublications.co.uk with details of your order.
Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £25. Bundles offer the best value for purchasing our material; the more items in the bundle, the greater the discount. Discounted prices for bundles are clearly shown on the bookshop pages. We offer discounts for tutors and schools, dependent on the value of each order. Please register as a tutor or school to benefit from this scheme. Please e-mail sales@aepublications.co.uk should you require further information.
How long will it take for my books to arrive?
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. Orders containing only Activity Books and/or Practice Books will be sent by Royal Mail second class postal service, which usually takes 2 working days. Should your order not arrive within 13 days (as per Royal Mail’s guidelines), please contact sales@aepblications.co.uk and provide your order number and daytime contact details. All other orders above will be sent by courier service and should arrive within 2 days of despatch.
I have a promotional code to use when purchasing your books. How do I use it?
Promotional codes can be added to either the basket or at checkout.
Can I place an order over the phone or by e-mail?
No. The online bookshop is the only way to purchase books directly from AE Publications.
