Do you supply inspection copies?
We do not supply inspection copies of our books but offer a 21-day money-back guarantee, provided that the books are returned to us unused and in pristine condition. Books must be returned at the customer’s expense. Please email sales@aepublications.co.uk before returning any books.
Is there a discount for bulk purchases?
We offer discounts and free UK delivery on all orders over £15 (including bundles), when purchased in a single transaction. Prices for bundles are clearly shown on the bookshop pages. For tutors and schools we offer discounts dependent on the value of each order. Please register with a tutor/school account to receive these discounts. I have a promotional code to use when purchasing your books. How do I use it?
Tutor/school discounts are automatically applied to the basket when logged in. Other promotional codes or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with your tutor/school discount.
Can I place an order over the phone or by e-mail?
No. The online bookshop is the only way to purchase books directly from us.
How long will it take for my books to arrive?
We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. Packages weighing less than 2kg are delivered by second class Royal Mail postal service, which normally takes 3 working days. Should your order not arrive within 13 days (as per Royal Mail’s guidelines), please contact sales@aepublications.co.uk and provide your order number and daytime contact details. Orders above 2kg are delivered by courier and should arrive within 2 working days of despatch. If you require your order by a specific date, please e-mail sales@aepublications.co.uk before ordering, to confirm that it will be possible.
