Returns

I want to return some of the items from my order. Can I swap them for different items?

We do not offer swaps or exchanges, only returns.

I want to return part of a bundle. How will the refund work?

Please note that when processing this type of refund, the bundle discount will no longer apply to the books/testpacks that have been kept and these will be charged at full price.

I have purchased the wrong item/I no longer want my item. Can I return it to you for a refund?

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee, provided that the items are returned to us unused and in pristine condition. Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. Please e-mail sales@aepublications.co.uk for a Return Authorisation Number before sending back any items. We will refund authorised returns within 2 weeks of their receipt.
