Do I have to register in order to buy books from this website?
No, you do not have to be registered in order to buy books from this website. Items will remain in your basket even after closing and reopening your browser. However, if you have registered and are logged into your account, you can move items onto your wishlist and view your order history. Your registered delivery and billing details will also be preloaded into the fields at checkout.
I am having problems registering as a new customer/logging in as an existing customer. What should I do?
If you are using a PC, please ensure you are using the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browser and try again. If you still have problems, please e-mail sales@aepublications.co.uk with specific details of the problem. If you have forgotten your username or password, press the ‘Forgotten password’ button and follow the instructions.
Can I place an order over the phone or by e-mail?
No. The online bookshop is the only way to purchase books directly from AE Publications.
I live outside of the UK. How can I order AE Publications’ books?
AE Publications does not currently ship to non-UK addresses. International orders can be placed through our UK based wholesaler Hive (http://www.hive.co.uk) or via Amazon.
Can I buy your books in high street bookshops? If so, which ones?
Our books are available to purchase from selected bookshops, but we cannot advise on which shops as we do not supply them directly.
Can I come to your warehouse and buy the books in person?
No, we are unable to receive personal callers to our warehouse. Orders must be placed via the website and are sent with free postage and packing (for all orders over £15) to all UK addresses.
I have a promotional code to use when purchasing your books. How do I use it?
Promotional codes can be added to either the basket or at checkout.
