Postage and packaging is free for all purchases over £15 to UK and Northern Ireland addresses. For orders under £15, postage and packaging is charged at £2.50. AE Publications does not currently ship to non-UK addresses. International orders can be placed through our UK based wholesaler Hive (http://www.hive.co.uk) or via Amazon.

We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. Packages weighing less than 2kg are delivered by second class Royal Mail postal service, which normally takes 3 working days. Should your order not arrive within 13 days (as per Royal Mail’s guidelines), please contact sales@aepublications.co.uk and provide your order number and daytime contact details. Orders above 2kg are delivered by a courier service and should arrive within 2 working days of despatch. If you require your order by a specific date, please e-mail sales@aepublications.co.uk before ordering, to confirm that it will be possible.

If your order was sent via Royal Mail we are unable to track it. If your order was sent by courier you will receive confirmation by text. This will enable you to track the delivery. You will also receive an estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
