Delivery

If your order was sent via Royal Mail we are unable to track it. If your order was sent by courier you will receive confirmation by text. This will enable you to track the delivery. You will also receive an estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.

We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days. Orders containing only Activity Books and/or Practice Books will be sent by Royal Mail second class postal service, which usually takes 2 working days. Should your order not arrive within 13 days (as per Royal Mail’s guidelines), please contact sales@aepblications.co.uk and provide your order number and daytime contact details. All other orders above will be sent by courier service and should arrive within 2 days of despatch.

Postage and packaging is free for all orders over £25 to UK and Northern Ireland addresses. For orders under £25, postage is charged at £4.99.
