Our Policy

We offer a 21-day money-back guarantee on condition of the following:

Please make sure that the items are returned in pristine condition, with no bent pages, marks, dents, etc.

Due to the nature and intended purpose of the product, if it is not returned to us in pristine condition, we will be unable to resell it and therefore unable to offer a refund.

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.

Please email sales@aepublications.co.uk to receive a Return Authorisation Number before sending back any items. If we receive a return without prior notification, we will be obligated to return the parcel back to the sender, at the sender’s own expense.

We will refund authorised returned items via the original payment method within 2 weeks of receipt. Please retain proof of postage for your own records.

Please note the following:

• Any issues/discrepancies with your order must be reported to us within 72 hours of the order having been received.
• We do not offer exchanges.
• Partial bundle returns: If you wish to return part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply to the books/testpacks that you keep; these will be charged at full price.
