This workbook teaches mathematical and numerical reasoning technique for mathematical instruments, and includes a revision section covering all of the 11+ Maths workbooks. Each technique has a clear explanation, with a worked example, followed by plenty of practice questions.

This book will require the use of a geometry set (comprising a ruler, a 60° set square, a 45° set square, a protractor and a pair of compasses) and a calculator. Please note, this edition does not cover scientific calculators.

The 11+ Maths series covers mathematical technique for the GL Assessment and CEM 11+ exams, SATs, CATs, the Northern Ireland Transfer Test, Common Entrance and scholarship examinations for independent schools, and all other styles of mathematical test.

This series of books is designed to be used in sequence from Workbook 1 onwards. The workbook series is complemented by testbooks that reinforce a child’s mathematical technique and knowledge, and testpacks for final exam preparation.

Answers, Progress Charts and a Certificate of Achievement are included at the end of the book.
